Cable process flow

The manufacturing of wires and cables is completely different from that of most mechanical and electrical products. Electromechanical products usually adopt the method of assembling another part into a component, or multiple parts into a single product, and the product is measured by the number of sets or pieces. The basic unit of measurement for wires and cables is length. All wires and cables are made from conductor processing, with insulation, shielding, cabling, sheath, etc. added layer by layer around the conductor. The more complex the product structure is, the more layers are superimposed.
